Machine Operators

We are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators for day shift roles in a busy manufacturing environment. These positions suit candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and previous experience operating metal forming or roll-forming machinery.

About the Role

You will be operating a specialized screen fabricating machine used to produce stainless steel screen products. The role involves machine setup, monitoring production, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate screen fabricating machinery (rotary production equipment)

• Load raw materials into machines

• Adjust machine settings via CNC touch screen

• Monitor product quality using measuring tools, including feeler gauges

• Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments

• Assist with assembly and general production tasks

• Follow all safety procedures and production requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years experience operating metal forming, roll forming, or similar machinery

• Mechanically minded with strong problem-solving skills

• Experience with rollers, assembly machines, or similar equipment highly regarded

• Forklift licence (highly desirable)

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Reliable and safety-focused
